    • Access Mental Health
      Call 403.943.1500 or visit their website for informaiton about the therapy services offered by Alberta Health Services in the Calgary Health Region.
    • Calgary Communities Against Sexual Abuse
      CCASA is the primary organization that provides sexual abuse and sexual assault services to Calgary and the surrounding areas.
    • Wellspring Calgary
      Wellspring provides support to cancer patients and their families. Peer support, groups, tai chi, yoga, art classes (that I'm teaching this summer) and more are all free.
    • Calgary Learning Centre
      The CLC provides free services to individuals of all ages who experience learning, attention and literacy difficulties. Please visit their website for more info about child & adult programs & assessments.
